We are currently hiring Machine Operators and Operator Apprentices on our growing team!
When you join our team at Morris as a Machine Operator, you have the opportunity to adjust your work-life schedule and experience second-shift and third-shift positions! These shift hours include working from 2:30 pm-10:30 pm or 10:30 pm-6:30 am, where you will oversee manufacturing procedures, operate manufacturing equipment and machinery, inspect products for quality, finish packing goods in boxes according to customer specifications, and make sure all production logs are kept up to date with the most accurate information. Starting with a pay of $21/hour with the potential to increase based on machine certifications, you also receive a fantastic comprehensive benefits package. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail, this position may be an excellent fit for you!
Additionally, we are also hiring Operator Apprentices. Also offering second or third shift hours to best fit your schedule, you will be working closely with our Machine Operators to keep production running smoothly and successfully in a clean and organized environment. In an effort to encourage your success in this role, we offer on-site training and machine operation certifications to help meet the needs of this position. Some of the responsibilities of this position include operating manufacturing machinery, quality inspection, processing and organizing products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment at the forefront of our values at Morris. Starting out at $20/hour with comprehensive benefits, an Operator Apprentice is an excellent opportunity to learn and work in a clean, climate-controlled, state-of-the-art work environment!
